About The Event
Combining breathing exercises with physical postures and movements, yoga can help adolescents and young adults become more comfortable in their bodies and face challenges with greater equanimity. The classes focus on total body flexibility, strength, coordination, breath work, and mental focus, encouraging participants to access their inner strength and find balance within.
